The truth is we all know what it means to be burned out. There Are people who get burned out professionally,creatively like. There are institutions that get burned out productively l. There are families and marriages that get burned out. There are individual personalities that lose their enthusiasm for life.
Hmmmmmmm the problem with burnouts is that they inevitably lead to crash Landings..
When times are the toughest and seems as if you are as low as you can go and when possiblity thinking hasn't had the result you expected, you are in danger of burnout..

Where have I come from? What was keeping me wrong?
Review the person's that have been in your life, close to you, as well as the projects and problem faced.. review your private practices, your philosophy of life, your value system, your beliefs.. Review your source of emotional energy! What turned you on in the past? Why ain't you excited now? And so on....
*E*- EXAMINE ALL POSSIBILITIES:
What would you have set as goals if......? What would you do if you had the money, education, trainings,contacts,support based structure??
What would you do if you had the time, if you had the plant, if you had the equipments!?
There are far more POSSIBILITIES than you think, Examine yourself...
*N*- NAME THE PRICE YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY:
Are you willing to pay the price?
Are you willing to go to school for the years attached?
Are you willing to *Move*?
Name the price you are willing to pay
*E*- ELECT THE BEST POSSIBLITY NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE:

probably nothing is more difficult than to keep waiting, working,plodding, and maintaining patience through dark times. But it essential we Must! And in God's time, hope and help will come our way.
Often times someone's unexpected, off-the-cuff comment or curt answer to an important question can be the breakthrough to a new emotional sunrise...
Every institution, every individual,every job has its ages, passages,periods, eras; as far as am concern... We have to be careful to hold on so much in ensuring that the Brownout is only a Brownout and not a Burnout, for the power will surely come back on!
